Want to turn an ordinary chicken into something fabulous! Pictured here is our Cha Cha Chicken Recipe garnished with Pineapple and Cherries with shredded coconut sprinkled on top. Add a few baby bananas and its sure to be a culinary masterpiece!

Jailhouse Chili

On a cold winter night, what could be better than a hot bowl of Jailhouse Chili! Garnish with sour cream, grated cheddar cheese and some corn bread.

We hope this warms you up, because we wouldn't want you to get into any trouble!

These nuts are so easy to prepare, all you need to do is add a pretty serving bowl! And don't just limit yourself to one nut! Choose a variety like walnuts, pecans and peanuts (as pictured here). Then invite your friends over for a cocktail party!

Debbie's Orange Pork Tenderloin

DEBBIE'S ORANGE PORK TENDERLOIN

This dish is so incredibly easy, and even easier to spice up! Sauteed mushrooms were added to the gravy and we added steamed baby broccoli and fresh late harvest heirloom tomatoes.

You'll have leftovers with this dish! May we suggest pulled pork sandwiches or pulled pork tacos or enchiladas with green sauce.

Never Be Chili

NEVER BE CHILI

Made with ground turkey. Add grated cheddar cheese, a dollop of store bought jarred salsa, chopped red onions and some saltine crackers. Who couldn't say "YUM" to this!

You can also use a variety of canned beans, rather than just kidney beans.

Spicy Cajun Shrimp

SPICY CAJUN SHRIMP

Pictured here, is our Spicy Cajun Shrimp, but we added giant scallops served over a bed of prepared store bought Mahatma Saffron Yellow Rice. It's garnished with green onions, lime zest, lemon and lime slices and Cornichon Pickles.

Don’t forget the “Yuppie Greens” salad with late harvest home grown heirloom cherry tomatoes!

Note, this meal took only 30 minutes from start to finish! A definite QUICK gourmet meal sure to impress!

Babu's Curried Chicken Breasts

Served over a bed of Saffron Rice and garnished with fresh chopped cilantro.

Lisa's Lamb Curry

LISA'S LAMB CURRY

Served over a bed of Basmati Rice and garnished with fresh Cilantro. Just add Cucumber Raita and warm pita bread to make this dish even more festive!
